Presentation of the report "Artificial Intelligence and Democracy" at the EPTA Annual Meeting

We participate in the EPTA Annual Conference in Oslo, which focused on the impact of artificial intelligence within a democratic context and contributed to a report.

The director of Oficina C attended the annual conference of our network, EPTA, which took place on October 21st and 22nd in Oslo, Norway. This event was organized by the Norwegian Board of Technology (Teknologirådet).

The conference featured the presentation of the report titled "Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Democracy." This document examines the role of AI in elections and public discourse, discusses its potential beneficial uses in parliaments and public services, and explores democratic control and AI governance. Nineteen offices, including Oficina C, contributed to this report.

Oficina C remains deeply committed to this network of parliamentary scientific advisory offices.
